At ListenUp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio experience, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all premium headphones and electronics. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your electronics in the original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective foam are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
